You may use the Site and its Favicon Generator tool for lawful personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site to process images you do not have the legal right to use, or to misuse the Site in any way that disrupts its normal operation.

2. The Favicon Generator tool

Our Favicon Generator is provided free of charge, "as is," to resize and convert an image you provide into standard favicon formats and sizes. All processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive, store, or review the images you process. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any image you upload.

3. Ownership of generated files

Any favicon files you generate using our tool are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes without restriction or attribution requirement, subject to your having the underlying rights to the source image you uploaded.

4. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties regarding the accuracy, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose of generated favicon files.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AffiliateZephyr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its tools.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logo, and underlying code (excluding files you generate) are owned by AffiliateZephyr or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Third-party links, scripts and advertising

The Site may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense, may load third-party scripts to support tool functionality, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site, script provider, or advertiser.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AffiliateZephyr operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
